You will need: 40ml Liquor (I Used a Flavourless one but Light Rum or Amaretto can be Used), 40ml Apple Juice, 20ml Lemon Juice, A Drop of Vanilla Extract, Ice Cubes, Fresh Mint & A Slice of Apple
Method: Put a glass into the freezer to cool it down. Fill up a shaker (or jar with a lid) with all of the ingredients, but only half on the ice, and shake for a short amount of time. Take out your glass from the freezer and strain your cocktail in to avoid ice cubes from getting in there. Make crushed ice by putting ice cubes into a plastic bag (Don’t fill it too much and let it stay open!), placing it between layers of kitchen towel and punching it with a rolling pin. Fill the glass up with the crushed ice and garnish with fresh mint , and a thin slice of apple, that you cut so it will stick to the border of your glass. Serve and enjoy!
